Good morning everyone!
Here is a video I posted to YouTube this past Sunday making vegetarian breakfast balls.
For this recipe you will need:
- 1/4 cup of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup of pea protein powder
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1/8-1/4 cup of water (optional)
In a large bowl, mix the first four ingredients together. My mixture is always a little on the dry side, so that’s why I’ll add the 1/8 to 1/4 cup of water to help the pea powder blend into a nice consistency with the other ingredients.
Once everything is mixed to your preference, just form into balls and place in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
And you’re done! You now have a healthy, vegetarian breakfast to nab on your way out the door.
