Kickboxing Basics for Beginners: Part One

Today I am starting a new fitness video series titled “Beginners Kickboxing Workout Basics” for people who would like to learn how to kickbox from the comfort of their own home.

This series will be perfect for people with heart conditions (like myself) or other medical concerns. And as always, please feel free to ask me questions on how these moves can be adapted to better suit your individual needs.
