Today is another edition in my exercise cardio video series titled “Beginners Kickboxing Workout Basics” for people who would like to learn how to kickbox from the comfort of their own home. In this video we will continue our transition from upper body moves to our legs and feet. Today’s tutorial will be part two of proper foot work to be successful in the kicks that will come next.
