Homemade Lamb Quiche with Gluten Free Crust

Hello and welcome everyone to another edition of Cooking with Fey.

In today’s video we will make a lamb quiche. If you’d like to make this yourself, here are the ingredients you will need:

1 pound of ground lamb
1 carrot, diced
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup of cabbage, diced
1 pie crust (I used gluten free)
9 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Optional: 4 dried baby mushrooms, chopped

Homemade Paleo Bison Meatloaf with Roasted Carrots and Broccoli

Hello and welcome everyone to another episode of Cooking with Fey! Today we will be making a delicious Paleo meatloaf from ground bison meat, and served with a side of roasted carrots and broccoli.

To make this recipe at home, you will need:

For the meatloaf-

  • 1 pound of ground bison meat
  • 4 baby mushrooms
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1-2 large eggs
  • Spices- use your favorite

For the veggies-

  • Slice up your favorite veg for this part!

Cooking Basics 101: Simple Baked Chicken Breasts
