Homemade Cabbage and Carrot Soup

Hello and welcome everyone!

Thank you so much for tuning in to another episode of Cooking with Fey. In today’s video we are going to be making this delicious cabbage soup. While I’m making mine with a bone broth base, please feel free to omit the broth and use any vegan or vegetarian options that you like!

For this recipe I used:

  • 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 4 stalks of celery, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp of garlic
  • 5 cups of water
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 cup of Paleo bone broth
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
