Hello and welcome everyone to another Cooking with Fey video! Today I will show you all how to make baked salmon fillets in the oven.
For this recipe you will need:
- 1 Salmon fillet (mine in the video is 4 oz.)
- 1 tsp. of oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 cloves of garlic and/or sesame seeds
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425
- Place your salmon fillet on some aluminum foil and drizzle with the oil and spices
- Wrap your fillet
- Cook for 4-6 minutes per 1/2″ of meat thickness
- Enjoy!
