Being home sick does have it’s advantages, like being able to go to to Target in the middle of the day to pick up some fitness goodies.
I needed a new yoga ball because the air stopper on my current one was stolen my gremlins, and now I can’t seem to find it anywhere. My hubby was very kind and looked online for a replacement, but the stoppers cost as much as a whole new ball! So, now I have a second yoga ball at home.
I also picked up some furniture sliders for ab workouts. These puppies are super cheap and make for a great core and stability workout for anyone wanting to get their stomach and lower back stronger, and swimsuit ready for summer. If you’d like specific exercises designed using these sliders, let me know in the comments down below and I’ll outline them for you.
And, on a splurge, I picked up a snack organizer for my long gym days. Two days a week I always hit the kickboxing studio after my workout at the gym, and it’s been a real pain organizing the tupperware containers with the necessary foods to keep me fueled during those grueling days- so hopefully this fixes that problem.
