Women’s Self Defense 101: Attacking a Man’s Groin

Hello and welcome everyone to the next episode in our series on women’s self defense. In this video I will cover some methods you can use to attack a predator’s groin and upper thigh areas using either your fists or various kicks.

  2. Hello there I sure do like your videos I have been watching them on YouTube This particular one strikes my fancy.

    I believe this is very important I have two daughters . I had them and my wife watch this one many times .They giggled a lot however the point did get across.

    We now practice this at least once a week

    We now practice this about once a week I have been hit in the balls more then I can care to remember I have tried to explain to them how debilitating this can be to a male.Hopefully they understand.
