Hello and welcome everyone to the next episode in our series on women’s self defense. In this video I will cover some methods you can use to attack a predator’s groin and upper thigh areas using either your fists or various kicks.
Please let me know what you would like to see in this series, or if you have additional questions. I’m here for you and your safety. And a big thank you to everyone who has commented and watched this video! I really appreciate all of your support and information. You all are the reason I’m here trying to help others, so it’s so great to get to know each and every one of you.
Feel free to give me a follow on Instagram (@fey_fitness) or on YouTube at Fey Fitness.
Cheers,
Fey
*Disclaimer* Unfortunately there is no 100% guaranteed method to prevent an attack from a predator. However, I can teach you tips and methods to decrease the likelihood of such a situation taking place or protect yourself.
If you need a partner for real life demonstration I am available. I’ve been teaching self defense to woman for years so I would make an excellent partner.

Hello there I sure do like your videos I have been watching them on YouTube This particular one strikes my fancy.
I believe this is very important I have two daughters . I had them and my wife watch this one many times .They giggled a lot however the point did get across.
We now practice this at least once a week

We now practice this about once a week I have been hit in the balls more then I can care to remember I have tried to explain to them how debilitating this can be to a male.Hopefully they understand.
Thanks again and keep up the good work
