Easy Homemade Crock Pot Apple Chicken

Hello and welcome everyone to another episode of Cooking with Fey! Today we are dusting off our trusty crock pot to make some delicious apple chicken. This recipe is a favorite of mine not only because of how simple it is to make, but because of how amazing the flavors mix together.

For this recipe you will need:

  • 1 pound of chicken breast, legs, or thighs
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 Tsp. apple cider vinegar

To make, simply layer these solid ingredients into the crock pot, top with the liquid ingredients and cook on high for 8-10 hours. It’s that easy!
