Women’s Self Defense 101: Attacking a Man’s Thigh

Hello and welcome everyone to the next episode in our series on women’s self defense. In this video I will cover some methods you can use to attack a predator’s thigh area using either various kicks or kick and fist combos.

  1. Very informational as a women’s self defense instructor my self. I would recommend that you kick with the top of your foot and come up under the testicles which is where they are the most sensitive or with your knee again up under the testicles.
