Hello and welcome everyone to another edition of Cooking with Fey. Summer is here, and so are those warm temperatures. Our house doesn’t have air conditioning, so I wanted to make something that wouldn’t make the house any hotter than it already is.
With that in mind I thought I would share with you how to make a simple Indian Cucumber Raita. This recipe only has three ingredients, and is ready in less than 10 minutes.
To make this dish you will need:
- 32 oz of fat free Greek Yogurt
- 1 large organic cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- (Optional) Salt and Pepper to taste
Simply pop all ingredients in a large bowl and enjoy! It’s really that easy.
