Hello and welcome to what would normally be a Fey Fitness video.

We’re getting quite a bit of snow where I am and I’ve decided to take advantage of this and go play. 2020 was a rough year so let’s make 2021 the year of play and recuperating. I hope you all have a great day where ever you may be and I will see you next week with another fun Pilates video!
