Hi and welcome everyone!
My name is Fey, and I am a ISSA certified personal trainer and certified Pilates instructor who specializes in working with clients with heart conditions. I enjoy working with people struggling with heart conditions because I also have a heart condition known as atrial fibrillation. This is a fancy way of saying that my heart has trouble keeping a steady or stable rhythm. It’s made being physically active very difficult for me throughout my life.
Having a heart condition can be difficult, and I want to help others find the balance in their lives between living with their heart condition and meeting their fitness goals. Sometimes it isn’t easy, but don’t worry, I’m here for you every step of the way. The content on my site is a mixture of both fitness routines and Pilates exercises so you can start to feel empowered to live your life to the fullest, despite what challenges you may be facing due to your heart condition.
I offer online (virtual) classes as well as in person sessions to best meet my clients diverse needs. If you have questions about if my classes would be a good fit for you, please feel free to reach out to me on my Contact page. I’m happy to answer any questions and help!
*DISCLAIMER* I am not a doctor. But I am a ISSA certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor who has worked with cardiologists, primary care physicians, naturopaths, massage therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists to gain the knowledge necessary to help you on your new lifestyle journey.

I am a former afib sufferer. It was a side effect of my aortic stenois. But I had the heart valve replaced in 2017 and the Cox-Maze III procedure which fortunately fixed my afib.
Thanks for your blog, tips on exercising with heart conditions are very helpful
