Virtual Pilates Intro Class
This intro class with help you understand what Pilates is and how it can be beneficial to your life. We'll evaluate any areas to strengthen, tone and how to increase mobility for a more fulfilling lifestyle. We can also use this time to discuss your goals and workout preferrences.
One 30-minute Mat Pilates Class
This is a 30-minute mat Pilates class designed to meet your specific fitness needs. It is recommended (but not required) to take the Intro Class prior to this session so you and Fey understand goals and have a detailed understanding of your Pilates needs.
50-Minute Mat Pilates Class
This is a 50-minute mat Pilates class designed to meet your specific fitness needs and delve deeper into total body fitness. It is recommended (but not required) to take the Intro Class prior to this session so you and Fey understand goals and have a detailed understanding of your Pilates needs.
Customized Diet Plan
In this package I teach you the basics of heart healthy eating, make supplement recommendations, provide you with a sample grocery shopping list, suggest meals designed to best meet your specific needs, provide access to my Instagram page so you can get exclusive recipes and workout ideas.
4 Week Fitness Plan
Get access to heart healthy stretch routines, personalized full body workouts, Instagram account exclusive recipes and workouts, weekly email check-ins with Fey, and the support you need to succeed.
4 Week Diet and Fitness Overhaul
30 Days to a better you! This package includes a customized fitness program, a personalized healthy eating guide, access to weekly check-ins with Fey on your progress or setbacks, and availability to Fey’s Instagram page so you can get exclusive sneak peaks on heart healthy recipes and fitness routines.
